Terms of Service

1. Using the service

You must comply with applicable law and Telegram's terms. Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, interfere with the service, manipulate rewards, trade accounts, or access another player's account.

You must have the legal capacity required in your country to use the service. If you are a minor, obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase. Any future wallet or token feature will be restricted to users who meet the applicable age, location, sanctions, and other eligibility requirements announced for that feature.

2. Accounts and game data

Your Telegram identity may be used to protect and restore progress. You are responsible for access to your Telegram account. We may suspend or reset data obtained through fraud, exploits, or technical errors when reasonably necessary to protect players and the game economy.

4. Random rewards

Summon probabilities and guarantee rules are shown in the game. Results are generated by the server. Published rates may change for future banners or seasons, but changes will not retroactively alter completed summons.

5. Telegram Stars purchases

Digital goods in the Telegram Mini App are sold only through Telegram Stars. The current price, contents, bonuses, and purchase limit of each product are displayed before payment. Items are delivered only after Telegram confirms a successful payment, and they have no cash value or withdrawal right.

Unused purchases: You may request a full refund before any item or reward delivered by that purchase has been used or consumed. A request is reviewed against the payment and item ledger and does not itself complete or guarantee a refund.

Used purchases: A change-of-mind refund may be restricted after any delivered summon ticket, currency, Nibi, rune, bonus reward, or other digital item has been used or consumed because completed game actions may not be reversible. Missing delivery, duplicate payment, a material service error, and rights required by applicable law are reviewed separately regardless of this restriction.

If payment succeeds but delivery does not, use the in-game purchase history or contact Payment Support with your Player ID and purchase time. Approved refunds are returned through Telegram Stars. Do not repurchase while a payment is still being verified.

6. Future token plans

The whitepaper and roadmap describe conditional development plans, not a token sale, investment solicitation, binding allocation agreement, or guarantee that NIBI will be issued, distributed, listed, liquid, or valuable. SEP and NB are non-transferable game records. They do not create ownership, a fixed conversion rate, or a right to receive tokens.

Future wallet connection or token claims may require separate terms and eligibility checks, including age, supported region, sanctions, tax, and anti-abuse requirements. Plans may be delayed, changed, regionally restricted, or cancelled after legal, security, platform, or operational review.

7. Availability and changes

The service may be updated, balanced, paused for maintenance, or discontinued. We aim to provide advance notice for material changes where practical, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or preservation of every temporary event.

8. Termination and contact

You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account at any time. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms. Questions and appeals can be submitted through Support.
